At AVELLO, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • Include all original parts and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper handling
  • Final sale items (where clearly stated)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review your request and provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require several business days to process the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, AVELLO™ will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.
